| Industrial Galvanizers (Sydney) is located at Girraween adjacent to the Great Western Highway. The facility is QA Accredited to ISO9001:2000 and warrants its hot dip galvanized coatings to meet Australian Standard AS/NZS 4680:2006.
Industrial Galvanizers (Sydney) has two galvanizing baths to allow the processing of both structural steel and for the centrifuge galvanizing of small parts.
The structural bath dimensions are:
Length 12.5 metres
Width 1.8 metres
Depth 2.6 metres
Maximum lifting capacity 6 tonnes
The centrifuge (spinning) bath dimensions are:
Length 5.1 metres
Width 1.5 metres
Depth 1.6 metres
The structural galvanizing plant can handle fabrications up to 6 tonnes in weight. Columns and beams up to 20 metres in length, depending on their web height, and items up to 3.8 metres wide (and less than 12 m long) can also be galvanized by double-dipping.
The centrifuge plant can handle a range of products from small fasteners to threaded items up to 3 metres in length.
A pickup and delivery service is available. Industrial Galvanizers Coating Guarantees for periods up to 50 years are also available on specific projects and reliable service is backed up by Industrial Galvanizers other galvanizing plants in the NSW network in Newcastle and Port Kembla.
